• Rest Home care Stage II, Secure Dementia care Stage III, Respite care, Disability care, Rehabilitation care, Palliative care, Day care.

• Home cooked, dietician-approved, tasty meals with a great variety on the menu.

• Our own Registered Nurse/Manager develops individual Care Plans and oversees the care provided by our trained staff.

• A Doctor visits Norfolk Lodge regularly, with Residents seen according to their needs. Residents may choose to have their own Doctor*.

• Visits from other external Practitioners including a Podiatrist* and Hairdresser*.

• Church services and visits are held regularly. Attendance is voluntary.

• Te Reo speaking staff and a strong focus on cultural diversity.
